Licence
Our pilots are licensed to operate unmanned aircraft. The licence is issued by the Slovak Transport Authority after passing theory and practical exams, and the EASA A1/A2/A3 certificates are recognised throughout the EU.

Permit
Aerial work covers all commercial flight operations – for example in construction, agriculture, advertising, photography or surveying. It may only be carried out under a permit from the Slovak Transport Authority, which Flydrone holds. For projects abroad we plan every flight according to local rules and airspace restrictions.

Yes. With the “Pilot only” option, our certified pilot flies your drone or specialised equipment according to your brief.
03Does the pilot hold the required licences and permits?
Yes. Our pilots hold EASA A1/A2/A3 certificates issued by the Slovak Transport Authority, Flydrone s. r. o. holds an aerial work permit and our drones carry third-party liability insurance.
04Where can you provide a drone pilot?
Our base is in Žilina, Slovakia, in the heart of Central Europe. We regularly fly across Slovakia and the Czech Republic and travel to projects anywhere in Europe and worldwide.
